Refund and Returns Policy
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All colour pigment JBay Fin Design fins may vary in color due to the use of custom mixed pigments. JBay Fin Design attempts to feature all of its products as accurately as we can; colors, prints & styles are displayed as precise as possible. Fins with a print or pattern on them will vary, no two are alike due to where the fin is cut out of the fabric print panel. Each batch of fins comes from a large panel and are cut to utilize the most out of the panel as possible, with minimal waste. What we feature on our website is our best representation of what each print features and we do our best to be as consistent as possible.
SHIPPING
JBay Fin Design ships all domestic orders via The Courier Guy and international orders via Aramex. Shipping & handling charges are based on the quantity/weight/volumetric weight of items purchased.
For all purchases of items that are currently in stock, please allow 24hrs for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
For all custom orders, please allow 14 business days for JBay Fin Design to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
For International orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. JBay Fin Design is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of the order to contact us regarding the return of the item. To make a return the product must be unchanged and is to be returned unused in its original packaging.
The customer must cover the cost of the courier service for returns. For international returns Aramex or DHL are recommended. JBay Fin Design does not take responsibility for any lost items. Items that don’t reach us won’t be refunded or exchanged.
On receipt of the item, JBay Fin Design will verify that the above conditions are met and the cost of the product will be refunded via the same method used for the original payment.
No item can be returned without prior authorization from JBay Fin Design.

Replacements
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.
In order to make a replacement, the article must be unused.
Items to be replaced must be shipped in their original packaging. JBay Fin Design will cover the costs of returning the item and the shipment of a replacement item.
